Job Description:

Sworth Health's mission is to free two billion people from pain as the first and only comprehensive platform to predict, prevent and treat pain.

With a 62% reduction in pain and a 60% decrease in the intention to perform surgery, at Épée, we use technology to save millions for our more than 2,500 professional clients across three continents. Today, we hold the majority of industry patents, win 70% of competitive evaluations, and have raised more than $300 million from leading venture capital funds like Founders Fund, General Catalyst, and Khosla Ventures.

Recognized as one of Forbes' Best Startup Employers in 2023, this distinction highlights our commitment to being a destination for the brightest talent. Not only have we experienced unprecedented growth since our market debut in 2020, but we've also created a mission- and values-driven environment that our expanding team embraces. With a recent valuation of $2 billion, we're in a phase of hypergrowth and expansion, and we're looking for passionate, engaged, and dynamic individuals to help us amplify our impact.
