Title: Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Administrator

Location: TX-Sugar Land

Job Description: Job Description

A client of Insight Global is seeking an Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Administrator to join their Database and Application team. This candidate will manage OCI resources, Oracle ERP Cloud PaaS integrations, and oversee OIC administration, process automation, and web services. This role will manage Azure administration tasks, secure file transfers, and configure security measures. Additionally, this role involves setting up and managing Postfix mail servers, monitoring logs, and performing security hardening. The candidate will administer Linux/UNIX systems, develop automation scripts, optimize performance, upgrade server hardware, manage IP switches, renew licenses, and install SSH keys. They will also administer Oracle databases and middleware components like WebLogic and SOA Suite. This remote role ranges from $70 to $75 an hour.

Skills and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 1+ year experience in OCI and OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud) administration.
  • Strong knowledge of UNIX/Linux systems and automation tools.
  • Experience in file transfer protocols and security measures.
  • Experience with Postfix mail server setup and management.
  • Proficiency in Azure cloud administration.
  • Solid understanding of enterprise cloud security, automation, and networking.
  • Familiarity with Oracle ERP systems. null
