Adecco is assisting a local client in recruiting for Operations Support Specialist positions in Huntersville, NC. Responsibilities for an Operations Support Specialist include but are not limited to:

Perform daily and weekly reconciliations between the ERP and warehouse management systems (WMS)

Support operational workflows related to revenue recognition and order fulfillment

Enter customer orders and data into the order management system
-
Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reports; audit and maintain data accuracy

Coordinate with the distribution center to resolve issues with customer orders or returns
-
Provide support to senior associates with invoice and purchase order previews, pricing, and customer content updates

Communicate with internal departments to maintain timely and accurate operations
-
Maintain safety and cleanliness standards at all times

Serve as a local point of contact for centralized teams and support SAP data management
Candidates for the Operations Support Specialist role must meet the following requirements to be considered:

High school diploma or GED required (must be listed on the resume)

Experience handling operational tasks, preferably within ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage repetitive tasks with accuracy

Recent college graduates with analytical skills encouraged to apply

Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required

Willingness to learn and work both independently and collaboratively

Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch)

Hybrid schedule: Tuesday–Thursday onsite; Monday & Friday remote (after training)

Pay Details: $17.29 per hour
