Responsibilities for an Operations Specialist include but are not limited to:

 

  • Serving as the first point of contact for high-revenue clients via email or phone, analyzing and resolving requests related to treasury, cash management, and other banking products.

  • Collaborating with internal business partners to provide swift resolution for client inquiries, technical support, and various issues.

  • Reading and interpreting client communications to determine the appropriate handling and resolution of complex requests.

Candidates for Operations Specialist must meet the following requirements to be considered:

  • Must be fluent in both Spanish and English (Portuguese is a plus).

  • 1-2 years of experience in the banking/financial industry and at least 1 year of experience working directly with customers.

  • Strong written and oral communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Pay: $22.12 per hour

  • Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Mexico Business Hours). This is a 12-month assignment with a hybrid schedule after the 120-day onsite training period.

Pay Details: $22.12 per hour
