Pay Rate: The anticipated wage for this position is between $ 38 and $40/hr. Hourly wage depends upon experience, education, geographic location and other factors.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST

We are seeking an experienced Oncology RN with strong electronic medical record (EMR) abstraction skills to support vital research and clinical data initiatives from the comfort of your home.

What You’ll Do

Abstract and record clinical data from electronic medical records (EHRs) into electronic data capture (EDC) tools

Conduct quality and accuracy checks on collected data

Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality

Collaborate with project leaders, researchers, and data teams

Manage workload independently while meeting deadlines
What We’re Looking For
Active RN license (Oncology Certified Nurse – OCN preferred)
5+ years Oncology RN experience
2+ years electronic medical chart abstraction experience
Proficiency with EHR systems and navigation
Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) & MS Teams
Strong attention to detail, written/verbal communication, and time management skills
Preferred Experience

Research or academic medical setting experience

Prior use of electronic capture tools for research

Pay Details: $40.00 per hour
