Ventrata is looking for a proactive and organized Office Assistant to take care of our Brno office and ensure a great working environment for our team. If you enjoy creating a well-functioning and welcoming office space, managing daily operations, and supporting HR with onboarding, this might be the perfect role for you!
What will be your main responsibilities?
- Oversee and drive daily operational needs of the office, including maintaining inventory, organizing workspaces, and arranging facility services.
- Coordinate office-related purchases, including coffee, snacks, and office equipment.
- Ensure the office is a well-maintained and comfortable workspace for all employees.
- Organize office breakfasts, wellness activities, English lessons, and other initiatives to promote employee wellbeing.
- Manage business travel arrangements for all team members (flights, hotels, transportation).
- Support the HR team with onboarding and ensure new colleagues have everything they need.
- Assist with the organization of company events and other team-building activities.
Requirements
- You're based in Brno and ready to join us in the office 4 days/week.
- You are highly organized and detail-oriented.
- You enjoy taking ownership of office-related tasks and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- You have excellent communication skills in Czech/Slovak and English.
- You are proactive and don't mind handling small office-related tasks to create a great working environment.
- You enjoy spending time in the office, fostering a positive atmosphere among colleagues.
- Previous experience in office coordination, administration, or a similar role is a plus, but we welcome motivated candidates who are eager to learn.
