Responsible for analyzing and accurately processing insurance documentation into a loan tracking system.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Review and input insurance documentation in proprietary loan-insurance tracking system

  • Accurately complete all assigned tasks and/or additional tasks if needed

  • Identify and report areas of needed process improvement to immediate supervisor

  • Maintain a monthly QA assessment average of 90% or better

  • May be required to train/act as backup to Customer Service, answering overflow phone calls and requests for expertise, as needed, to ensure 95% service level is met each day

  • Initiate and sustain communication with clients and employees, as needed, to maintain accurate information in insurance tracking system

  • Maintain necessary relationship with clients and employees to ensure quality customer service standards are met

  • Maintain a working knowledge of mortgage insurance and lending

  • Develops and maintains positive working relationships

  • Other job responsibilities as assigned by management

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • Detail oriented

  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment

  • Prior data analysis experience

  • Skills testing may be required prior to an interview.

  • Prior P&C Insurance, Mortgage, or Forced Placed Insurance related experience is a plus.

  • Requires a working knowledge of Windows computer environment & Office software especially Excel.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Work Location:

In-office

  • Potential for a Hybrid schedule, 3 days in-office, 2 days remote depending on performance after 90-day New Hire probationary period.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm CT with an hour lunch.

Working Conditions:

  • A shared office environment with moderate noise levels (e.g., phone conversations, typing)

  • Frequent use of computer monitors, keyboard, and mouse

  • Extended viewing of multiple screens for seven or more hours a day.

  • Extended periods of sitting.
