Mobile and Web Full-Stack Developer (Health Manager Level 2)
- Multiple Permanent Full-Time positions available!

About the Opportunity
We are looking for high performing Mobile and Web Full-Stack Developers to join the eHealth Application Development team responsible for delivering high-impact software solutions that support the organisation's strategic and operational goals.
You'll play a key role in delivering systems architecture, and ensuring the successfully build, operation and running of products or platforms in alignment to relevant roadmaps across Oracle EBS, Fusion Cloud modules, and bespoke Cloud-based applications using AWS. This is a hands-on role where you'll contribute across the full lifecycle: coding, testing, troubleshooting, all within a cloud-first, full-stack environment. You'll collaborate with experts across mobile apps, integration, DevOps, and enterprise platforms like AWS - delivering scalable, innovative solutions aligned with real-world healthcare needs.
In this role, you will:
- Deliver solutions through the analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of mobile applications and custom web applications with integrations with Oracle Fusion and Oracle e-Business Suite modules.
- Collaborate with developers, UX designers, functional consultants, infrastructure staff, and business users to deliver the best solutions for NSW Health
- Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure application reliability and knowledge continuity by writing maintainable and efficient code and useful technical documentation
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues across the application stack for timely support to internal teams and stakeholders
We are looking for someone who has:
- Experience in a full stack developer role with very strong exposure to mobile and modern web technologies
- Expert knowledge and production experience with ReactNative, ReactJS, Java, Node.JS
- REST APIs based Development (Java, Node.js), containers (Docker), and ability to implement secure API interactions, including authentication and authorization mechanisms (e.g., OAuth, JWT)
- Experience with DevOps activities (CI/CD, automation testing etc.)
- Experience with AWS stack and Oracle pl/sql is an advantage
This role is internally referred to as Associate Engineer - ERP.
