ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking an experienced Measurement & Analytics Manager to join our EMEA measurement team at Whalar. In this role, you will be responsible for leading on influencer campaign measurement and data analysis, providing insights and recommendations to inform strategy and optimisation. You will also be responsible for supporting the Director of Measurement & Analytics on new business, client learning agendas and thought leadership / meta-analysis.
HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL DO DAY-TO-DAY:
- Lead on the design, set up, execution and delivery of our brand lift studies, in collaboration with our partner Element Human (and on occasion other 3rd parties)
- Collaborate on wrap reporting for priority clients and support client teams with producing an insights driven narrative
- Collect, organise, and analyse data from a variety of sources to inform influencer marketing campaigns
- Use data to identify opportunities for optimisation and improvement in influencer marketing campaigns
- Work with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven recommendations and support decision-making
- Ensure the smooth operation of the analytics function, including data quality control and process improvement
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in data analysis and influencer marketing
HERE'S WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science (or work experience that reflects proficiency in these areas)
- 5+ years of experience in a data analysis role, with at least 2 years of experience in the marketing/advertising space
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- A passion for measurement and insights
- Top Excel/Google sheets and Powerpoint/Google Slides skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms and influencer marketing
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable explaining technical topics to non-technical users
- Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Google Looker or Power BI
