The Marketing Specialist will work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and other marketing and operations leaders to support the marketing needs of the regional dental practices. This role involves developing and executing marketing plans to drive growth, improve visibility, and attract new patients. The specialist will also be instrumental in creating year-long patient engagement campaigns and promotions that resonate with diverse patient profiles. This is a field-facing role that requires collaboration with on-the-ground teams.
What You'll Do
- Lead regional marketing efforts for a portfolio of dental practices, ensuring performance, brand, and market relevance across multiple locations and sub-brands.
- Be a digital expert in analytics, paid search ads, and SEO
- Collaborate with regional operators and the marketing support team to develop and execute data-driven marketing plans that align with business goals.
- Build and manage digital campaigns to increase new patient volume and overall profitability.
- Analyze marketing performance data, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights to continuously improve campaign outcomes. (complete Excel test)
- Conduct persona/segmentation profiling to better understand patient demographics and tailor marketing strategies.
- Conduct market research in partnership with local offices to inform targeted digital marketing initiatives.
- Regularly assess market dynamics and competitor activity, recommending adjustments to stay ahead of local trends.
- Provide robust support to the Marketing Manager, contributing to the overall success of the marketing department.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years in marketing, with hands-on digital experience (SEO, paid search, analytics)
- Strong Excel skills; able to analyze and present data (Excel test required)
- Proven ability to build and execute data-driven campaigns
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
- Creative, adaptable, and comfortable working with field teams across multiple locations
