Job Description:

We are seeking a Marketing Lead to support and accelerate our marketing initiatives across key B2B healthcare segments. This role is ideal for a proactive, curious, and adaptable marketer who thrives in a dynamic environment and is excited to help turn ideas into action.

As a Marketing Lead, you will take ownership of key marketing initiatives and act as a critical partner to the Marketing Manager. You’ll contribute meaningfully to strategic execution, bringing ideas to life, managing cross-functional efforts, and ensuring campaigns are delivered with efficiency and impact.

This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys trying new things, is curious about continuous learning, embraces ambiguity, and leverages tools to streamline work and improve outcomes.

What You’ll Do:

Support the marketing and go-to-market plan for your segment to generate demand, including:

  • Own and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, email, social, events, and other channels—focused on generating awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth
  • Partner closely with the Marketing Manager to bring campaign strategies to life with clarity, precision, and efficiency
  • Use tools such as Marketo, Google Analytics, ChatGPT, and Monday.com to drive process improvements, manage timelines, and deliver high-quality work at scale
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with Product, Sales, Content, and Creative teams to develop compelling assets and messaging
  • Support project management from campaign planning through launch, measurement, and retrospective
  • Analyze campaign data to extract actionable insights and recommend improvements or optimizations
  • Contribute to campaign briefs, proposals, and performance recaps
  • Manage segment-specific partnerships and third-party relationships, including event planning and co-branded initiatives
  • Develop persona-based messaging and content tailored to the needs of diverse healthcare stakeholders
  • Deepen your understanding of Phreesia’s customer segments, solutions, and competitive landscape to serve as a go-to resource within the marketing team
  • Maintain awareness of U.S. healthcare industry trends, especially within single-specialty care models
  • Support voice-of-the-customer research to inform messaging, strategy, and positioning
  • Bring curiosity and a learning mindset—proactively testing new approaches and optimizing existing ones
  • Adapt and pivot quickly as goals and priorities shift in a fast-paced environment

What You’ll Bring:

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS, healthcare, or a related field
  • Proven ability to lead and manage projects involving multiple stakeholders and tight timelines
  • Demonstrated experience with campaign execution, performance tracking, and optimization across channels
  • A flexible and curious mindset—excited to try new tools, refine workflows, and solve problems creatively
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to craft clear, compelling messaging
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring quality and accuracy across campaign planning, execution, and reporting
  • Analytical thinking with experience using data to inform decisions and improve performance
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional team
  • Familiarity with U.S. healthcare industry trends and how they affect provider organizations, particularly in single-specialty segments
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity with confidence, prioritize effectively, and stay focused in a dynamic environment
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), with working knowledge of ChatGPT
  • Availability to travel occasionally for in-person team meetings when appropriate

Base pay for US is $75,000 - $90,000, depending on qualifications. In addition, Phreesia also offers equity as part of an attractive & comprehensive Total Rewards package. 

Phreesia is a fully remote company; however, candidates located in ET and CT regions are given priority in the hiring process.
