About the role:

We’re looking for a proactive, curious, and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our team and help bring our demand generation programs to life. In this role, you’ll support our Senior Marketing Manager, Demand Generation in executing campaigns that attract new partners, activate existing ones, and help our business grow.

You’ll get hands-on experience across a variety of marketing channels — from lead generation and email marketing to partner communications and enterprise support. If you’re passionate about seeing marketing efforts translate into measurable results and enjoy working in a fast-moving, collaborative environment, this role is for you.

What you'll do:


  • Assist in planning and executing demand generation campaigns to drive new partner leads and marketing qualified leads.

  • Support campaign execution across email, digital, social, and events.

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure leads are properly followed up and nurtured through the funnel.

  • Supporting end-to-end marketing execution by coordinating timelines, deliverables, and approvals across teams.

  • Building and maintaining project plans, calendars, and campaign trackers to keep everyone aligned and campaigns on track.

  • Assisting with campaign brief development, timelines, approvals, and the occasional “Where’s that file again?”.

  • Helping track KPIs, compiling results, and supporting reporting processes to show campaign impact.

  • Assisting with always-on nurturing programs.

Requirements


  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination, demand generation, or campaign execution in a B2B environment.

  • Post-secondary education in marketing, communications, or a related field.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Experience using marketing automation and CRM platforms, specifically Salesforce, Pardot.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
