We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Market Research Interviewer to join our team at SAGO. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting market research data by conducting structured telephone surveys with panel participants.
This is a temporary position to cover a maternity leave, starting September 2025 for six months.
This position can be filled remotely from anywhere in Spain.
Your tasks:
- Recruiting and inviting study participants for various market research studies in Spanish and English
- Conducting telephone interviews
- Database management for effective project coordination
- Monitoring study quotas
- Communicating with the project managers of the different countries about the progress of the individual projects.
- Conducting research
- Cold calling for the recruitment of qualified study participants
- Managing and handling the administrative tasks associated with the project to ensure compliance with ISO standards
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication Spanish and English skills.
- Experience in customer service, administration or call center environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Strong telephone skills.
- Strong basic computer and typing skills.
- Dependable and responsible.
- Exhibit a sense of urgency.
- Ability to multi-task.
