LHH is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Legal Administrative Assistant to support our clients Litigation attorneys in Seattle, WA. The anticipated pay for this role is between $30-$45 an hour.
Responsibilities:
· Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel and related logistics.
· Support complex billing processes in collaboration with attorneys and billing specialists.
· Assist with new client intake and maintain electronic records in compliance with firm standards.
· Create and edit legal documents, correspondence, and memoranda with a high level of accuracy.
· Maintain case files, monitor deadlines, and track case progress to ensure timely disposition.
· Prepare travel reimbursements and expense reports.
· Provide general administrative support and assist with special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
· Minimum of 3 years of legal administrative experience, preferably supporting attorneys in complex litigation, real estate and condemnation cases, or appellate matters.
· Familiarity with Oregon state, federal, and appellate court procedures, including e-filing.
· Trial preparation experience strongly preferred.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with document management and billing software is a plus.
· Self-starter with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
· Strong judgment and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Pay Details:$30.00 to $45.00 per hour
