Job Description:

Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, a leading national law firm, is seeking a Rhode Island-licensed litigation attorney to join its Boston, MA and Providence, RI offices.

This position offers the opportunity to work with a collaborative and dynamic team, working with national and international insurance clients across a broad range of complex areas, including insurance coverage and extra-contractual liability, and defending liability cases against attorneys, officers and directors, real estate brokers, healthcare entities, engineers, architects, accountants, title agents, insurance agents and investment professionals.

You will be entrusted with a diverse and challenging caseload, taking on significant responsibilities from the start.

Position Requirements:

  • Must be admitted to the Rhode Island Bar and in good standing. An additional admission to the Massachusetts Bar is strongly preferred.
  • Available for some in-person workdays at the Boston, MA office to foster collaboration and team engagement.
  • Ideal candidate will have civil litigation experience in both state and federal courts and experience in insurance coverage and insurance defense matters.
  • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills are required.
