Overview
Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for accuracy and efficiency? The offices of Lewis Brisbois are currently seeking experienced legal support professionals to provide high-level support to our legal teams across Central and West Coast courts.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, edit, and format complex legal documents, including pleadings for various state and federal courts, as well as appellate and bankruptcy
- Create and manage Tables of Contents (TOCs) and Tables of Authorities (TOAs), using both manual methods and Best Authority
- Conduct online research to verify court-specific filing requirements
- Perform electronic filing (E-Filing) through ECF, PACER, and third-party platforms such as Lexis File & Serve
- Utilize advanced tools in Adobe Acrobat Pro X, including creating fillable forms and converting PDFs to Word
- Transcribe legal dictation (digital and analog formats)
- Collaborate closely with attorneys and legal staff to ensure timely and accurate document delivery
Qualifications
- Minimum of five years of litigation experience in a law firm or legal department
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint; Visio and Publisher a plus)
- Familiarity with templates, macros, and legal formatting standards
- Strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with iManage or similar document management systems
