Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Legal Counsel for LATAM to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of critical legal and compliance processes within the region, including contract management and due diligence for our expanding client and service provider base. You will play a key role in ensuring legal and regulatory integrity within the iGaming sector, mainly in Latin America.
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Law degree.
- At least 3 years of legal experience in the iGaming sector in LATAM.
- Solid knowledge of commercial and regulatory law in LATAM jurisdictions.
- Hands-on experience with AML/KYC and data protection frameworks applicable in the region.
Language Skills (Mandatory)
- Professional working proficiency in English, Spanish and Portuguese (fluency preferred).

- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear communication style and ability to simplify complex legal concepts.

Responsibilities
Due Diligence & Risk Management
- Conduct legal due diligence on new and existing partners and service providers.
- Monitor regulatory developments and ensure risk mitigation across LATAM markets.
- Maintain audit-ready documentation and legal records.
Contract Management
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal agreements (mainly software license agreements and NDAs, service contracts, partnership agreements, etc.).
- Lead negotiations and coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Support ongoing contract compliance when necessary.
Collaboration & Advisory
- Work closely with internal Legal, Compliance, Sales, and Account Management teams.
- Provide practical legal advice in line with business objectives.
- Contribute to the development of scalable legal processes across the region.
- Be point of contact with local service providers and regulators.
