What the day will look like
The ABS – Human Capital Business Partner Latam acts as a strategic connector between local execution teams and global/regional stakeholders. The role ensures alignment, integration, and centralized decision-making for regional Risk Capital ABS solutions, supporting the adoption of global standards and facilitating collaboration across Latin America. The position demands Risk Business acumen, process & product mindset, strategic and analytical skills, project management expertise, and effective communication & influencing abilities. This role will require a hands-on approach as it will play as IC.
- Business Partnership: Serve as the primary business partner for one of our solution line (Human Capital) connecting local teams with global and regional operations stakeholders to ensure strategic align procedure practice sharing.
- Regional Product Governance: Centralize and coordinate decision-making for regional Human Capital products. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between local execution teams, regional leadership, and global product owners.
- Global Communication: Maintain clear channels for reporting progress, risks, and opportunities to regional and global leaders.
- Process Optimization: Support process improvement initiatives by promoting automation, standardization, and adoption of global/regional platforms.
- Business Insight: Provide deep business knowledge and market understanding to advise product decisions and ensure solutions meet local and regional needs.
- Change Management: Drive the adoption of new tools and processes, ensuring successful implementation and user engagement across subregions.

Skills and experience that will lead to success
- Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Administration, Economics or related careers, or equivalent experience; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Six Sigma/ Lean- Change Mg & Project Management Certifications Agile/ PMI is a plus
- Excellent project management skills, with a record of leading cross-functional projects.
- Experience collaborating with global teams and leading cross-functional partners
- Excellent communication, influence, and relationship-building skills + Outstanding presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage partners
- Results-oriented, with a focus on quality and continuous improvement
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Fluent in Spanish and advanced English is a must- Portuguese is a plus
- Proven experience in coordinating decision-making among operational and technology teams.
