About the Role
Title: Lead Creative Multimedia Manager

Job Description:
About the Role:
You will oversee the origination and delivery of assets to support technical business content, and be a global driver of our brand, promoting the range of the Association's value propositions and product offerings. You will understand multiple multimedia methodologies and can guide broadcast and cinematic assets for each platform type. You will collaborate with content strategists, production managers and Multimedia professionals around the world. You will report to the Creative Director and line manage a team of 5.
You Will:

Lead a team of creative producers following the Association's Management Charter. Coach the team in upholding the creative strategy for the Association

Manage talent and growth goals for multimedia design, and relationships are built throughout the global design community. Foster positive borderless culture and look for opportunities to build relationships and add technology that add value, and cost effectiveness.

Use your creative vision for all assignments, providing insight on the strategy, production and management of projects.

Lead brainstorming to develop multimedia assets that align to strategy and achieve project goals. Ensure smooth project flow along the content lifecycle.

Champion brand positioning with content strategists and partners, highlighting best practice and sharing the latest understanding of multimedia capabilities and technology.

Suggest opportunities for Agile development. Offer mentoring on development to expand valuable capabilities for cost effectiveness.

Use a hybrid work schedule
You Have:
-
7+ years' experience directing creative video strategy, leading a global team
-
Experience working with a global team multimedia content specialists.

Experience managing external services in collaboration with operations (e.g., product or platform vendors, service providers, contractors, consultants)

Experience directing multimedia design for marketing and sales

Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Design, Communication or Fine Arts, or equivalent experience

The Salary Range for this role is: $111,000-$135,000 per annum. There is non-wage compensation.
