AudioEye is seeking a creative and self-motivated Jr. Video Editor, Social Content (Part-Time Contractor) to join our team and help elevate our brand presence across social media channels. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment but is also confident managing projects independently from concept to delivery. The ideal candidate is deeply familiar with current social media trends, video best practices, and storytelling techniques within the B2B tech space. They will be responsible for editing short-form videos optimized for platforms such as LinkedIn and YouTube, helping to translate complex ideas into engaging, visually compelling content.

 How you’ll Contribute: 

  • Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos for various platforms
  • Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements and objectives
  • Implement feedback and revisions promptly to meet project deadlines
  • Ensure videos meet accessibility standards
  • Adapt to a fast-paced work environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Participate in meetings including weekly status updates and planning sessions
  • Document ongoing project status and updates to relevant team members
  • Ensure all projects are complete, current, and stored/archived appropriately
  • Presenting work to internal teams

Who you are: 

  • 1-3 years of professional experience as a video editor or social content creator
  • Adobe Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Adobe After Effects, Figma/FigJam, Google Suite (Slides, Docs, Spreadsheets, etc.), Asana
  • In-depth knowledge of social media trends, particularly in the B2B tech industry
  • Strong understanding of platform-specific video formats, aspect ratios, and engagement techniques
  • Proven experience as a video editor with a portfolio of social video content with high engagement
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro is essential
  • Proficiency in mixing audio for video, with a working knowledge of audio effects
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote team environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, capable of self-managing tasks
  • Proactive, organized, and comfortable working independently on multiple projects
  • Experience with accessibility standards is desirable
  • Animation and motion graphics skills are a plus
  • Graphic design skills are a plus
