Your Mission

As a Junior UX Designer, you'll play a vital role in shaping the digital experiences of our clients. From conducting user research to designing intuitive interfaces, your creativity and enthusiasm will shine as you help us solve complex design challenges throughout the product lifecycle!

What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate with senior designers to create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes that align with user needs and business goals.
  • Participate in user research sessions, gaining valuable insights into user behaviors and preferences.
  • Assist in the crafting of engaging and user-friendly interfaces, ensuring our products are easy to navigate and visually appealing.
  • Learn and apply design best practices, staying updated on the latest trends and technologies in UX design.
  • Support the delivery of design specifications and guidelines for developers, ensuring a seamless handoff of your creative work.
  • Engage in team brainstorming sessions, contributing your fresh ideas and perspective to enhance our design processes.

Requirements

  • Education:
    • A Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a closely related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
    • Experience: 1-2 years of professional experience in UX design, ideally within a digital product or environment. Relevant internships during academic studies are an advantage.
  • Skills:
    • Expertise in design software such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
    • Knowledge of WCAG guidelines, as well as skills in wireframing, prototyping, and user testing methods.
    • A solid grasp of UX principles and user-centric design approaches.
    • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or front-end development is a plus, though not mandatory.
    • Experience in designing and refining digital interfaces for web and mobile applications.
