We have a fantastic opportunity for a Junior Data Analyst to join our Data team. You will be responsible for supporting other teams within the company through meaningful insights, intuitive dashboards, and comprehensive periodic reporting. Your contribution will also be crucial in evaluating strategies and the consequences of business decisions using statistically robust hypothesis testing techniques and simulation methods. You will work alongside senior colleagues in the Data team, in an environment of growth and mutual exchange of knowledge and expertise, leveraging cutting-edge data platform services.

What will you do?

• You will help create dashboards to monitor relevant metrics, measure key metrics, and meet business needs.
• You will build core datasets and data pipelines to support the development and evaluation of prescriptive machine learning models.
• You will develop analytics to provide other teams (such as Marketing, Finance) with quantitative and statistically sound answers to their questions
• You will design tests and metrics to evaluate the effect of marketing campaigns, and help identify new potential strategies.
• You will work on automating reports

What do you need?

• Tendency to be curious and ask questions
• Ability to develop relationships in a dynamic environment
• Master's Degree in Engineering/Physics/Economics or similar
• Previous similar experience, even brief
• Junior Level in Python and SQL
• Knowledge of tests and statistical techniques

• Python as the main language and SQL for queries and analytics
• Kubernetes for data services and task orchestration
• Airflow for scheduling and monitoring
• Git, Github e Circle CI per versioning e continuous deployment
• Parquet and Delta formats on S3 for data lakes
• Spark per data processing
• dbt for data modeling
• Streamlit (Python) for data applications and main dashboarding tool
