Job Description
CTG is seeking an IT Quality Analyst to support Computer-Assisted Coding (CAC) and Clinical Documentation Integrity (CDI) software deployment. The role focuses on validating system functionality, ensuring coding accuracy, documentation integrity, and revenue cycle compliance through detailed testing and workflow validation.
Location: Remote
Duration: 6 months
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute test cases, scripts, and acceptance criteria for integration, UAT, and regression testing.

Validate inpatient, outpatient, and professional coding workflows.

Conduct end-to-end workflow testing, including positive, negative, exception, and edge cases.

Partner with Business Analysts and stakeholders to ensure system meets business and clinical requirements.

Document results clearly and support planning of all testing phases (unit, integrated, interface, UAT, regression).
Required Skills & Experience:
-
3+ years in healthcare QA/testing or validation, including health IT implementations.

Knowledge of CAC/CDI workflows, ICD-10-CM/PCS, CPT/HCPCS coding, and revenue cycle operations.

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple testing scenarios.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Education:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Health Information Management, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
-
QA/testing certifications (ISTQB, CSTE, CSQA).

HIM/revenue cycle credentials (RHIA, RHIT, CCS, CCDS, CDIP, CRC).

Experience with major EHR systems and CAC/CDI platforms.

Background in regulated environments with strong audit requirements.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $105,000 to $125,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
