PRIORITY Quality Consultants, a leader in the consulting and information technology sector in Greece, specializing in the development, implementation, and automation of corporate processes based on international standards and best practices, is seeking a dedicated IT Project Manager.

Description

The IT Project Manager will assist in managing IT projects across various sectors, working closely with senior project managers to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.

Responsibilities

The key responsibilities for this position include:

• Assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of IT and software development projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and stakeholders, to facilitate smooth project implementation.
• Documenting project requirements, technical specifications, milestones, and progress updates, ensuring transparency and effective communication across all parties involved.
• Supporting the project management team in monitoring project performance metrics (e.g., scope, time, cost, quality) and contributing to the identification of areas for improvement.
• Preparing reports, presentations, and project documentation for internal and external stakeholders to ensure informed decision-making.
• Coordinating meetings, project status updates, and communication workflows to foster collaboration and resolve blockers within the team.
• Contributing to risk management activities by identifying potential obstacles in software development lifecycles and proposing mitigation strategies.
• Maintaining well-organized and up-to-date project documentation, in accordance with company procedures, regulatory standards, and software development best practices.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in project management or related roles is mandatory.
• Basic understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Certification in project management will be considered a plus.
• Hands on experience and understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management and software development lifecycle is a must.
• Fluency in Greek and English.
