POSTITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Junior IT Professional who will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of the IT systems and components (software and infrastructure) assigned.

PRIMARY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Installation and Support of PCs / NBs, phones and mobile devices, installation and maintenance of client.
  • Maintains an inventory of company hardware.
  • Support in implementing IT solutions taking into account IT guidelines, IT specifications, IT methods and processes, IT architecture, and securing IT qualification standards.
  • Operate as a local IT Team member, support global IT Strategy and follow global policies, processes and procedures.
  • Responsible for processing all IT service requests through the corporate ticketing system.
  • Documentation of implemented solutions via the KEDB, Knowledge Base and ensuring integration of solutions into SMA DMS
  • Facilitates "Townhalls" and "All Hands" meetings as needed.
  • Works with outside vendors as required.
  • Other duties as may be required or assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
  • A thorough understanding of Windows systems setup and support techniques is required.
  • Must have a highly developed sense of good customer service and excellent communication skills.
  • Must provide positive interaction with users
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook) is required.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy are required.
  • Must be able to function as a global team member.
  • Ability to work well in culturally diverse environments.
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively.
  • Proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal, is required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • German or Spanish language skills a plus.
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects in parallel.
  • Highly customer and success orientated.
  • Ability to work individually as well as part of a team

  • Salary Range: $27.40 - $33.41 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
