At Zenith Investment Partners, we're offering an exciting opportunity for an Investment Consultant to join our high-performing consulting division. This role offers the chance to work closely with clients, portfolio managers, and sales teams, contributing to strategic investment decisions and delivering tailored consulting solutions. You'll be exposed to a wide range of asset classes and investment structures, with opportunities to lead client engagements, develop market insights, and grow your career in a collaborative and intellectually stimulating environment.
Your key responsibilities as an Investment Consultant will include:
- Preparing for and participating in client meetings, including investment committee meetings, and managing follow-up communications and reporting.
- Taking responsibility for assigned client relationships, including account management and responding to ad-hoc investment queries.
- Leading sector-specific research and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of fund managers, investment processes, and products.
- Supporting the sales team with prospective consulting clients, including participating in meetings and preparing documentation.
- Producing high-quality client materials such as presentations, quarterly reports, and market commentary.
- Collaborating with internal teams to aid with trading, client reporting, monitoring portfolios for mandate compliance, and contributing to the development of investment content.
You will need the following experience and skills to join us as an Investment Consultant:
- You must have at least 5 of experience in investment research, financial planning, funds management, or a related financial services environment.
- You will have strong relationship management skills and the ability to communicate complex investment ideas clearly and persuasively.
- You should have a sound understanding of portfolio construction, investment structures, and financial markets.
- You must be proficient in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and ideally have experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
- You will hold a finance or business degree and RG146 compliance, demonstrating your commitment to ongoing training, study and upholding professional standards in financial services.
