The Integration Manager will lead the seamless transition of newly acquired businesses into Volaris, ensuring alignment with our operating culture and disciplines. This role involves working closely with new management and staff to provide training, support, and guidance throughout the integration process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute integration plans to align acquired businesses with Volaris’ operational framework.
  • Train and support new management teams on Volaris’ culture, financial processes, HR, and business disciplines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth transition, addressing operational, financial, and strategic challenges.
  • Identify and mitigate risks during the integration process.
  • Monitor progress and provide regular updates to leadership on key integration milestones.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong understanding of Volaris business language and key metrics
  • Exceptional project management skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to influence others and drive decisions
  • Experience with change management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of working collaboratively across various teams
  • Proficient in financial and operational processes
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to drive change in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with reviewing Investment Memos and developing strategies to achieve key milestones
  • Fluency in German and willingness to travel as needed.
