The opportunity
We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Injury Management Professional to join our team. Reporting to the Healthcare Manager, you will be responsible for support to both your aligned team and broader business to help injured people bring their lives back together following a motor vehicle accident.
The key responsibilities of this role are:

Provision of appropriate rehabilitation advice and recommendations in accordance with the appropriate legislation and guidelines

Implementation and monitoring of appropriate treatment, rehabilitation and attendant care needs

Assisting with the coordination of departmental rehabilitation services

Coaching and mentoring Claims Staff in best practice injury management
What does success look like?
-
Tertiary qualifications in medical, health or a related area
-
Clinical, supervisory and/or workplace-based rehabilitation experience
-
Excellent people, communication, written, and networking skills
-
Knowledge and understanding of injury management and rehabilitation in a compensable setting
-
Sound computer skills and an ability to prioritize
