What you will do

We are seeking an Advocacy & Influencer Associate Manager to support the development and execution of influencer marketing programs that drive cultural relevance and consumer engagement. This role is ideal for a highly motivated marketer who is passionate about beauty, culture, and creators, with a strong understanding of Gen Z and Hispanic audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deepen community and engagement across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Roblox, and build new emerging platforms.

  • Partner with TikTok shop team to build that capability and drive effectiveness and efficiency

  • Support the development and execution of always-on influencer strategies that deepen cultural relevance and build brand love.

  • Manage day-to-day execution of influencer campaigns across all tiers (nano to VIP), with a focus on product launches and key cultural moments.

  • Nurture authentic, long-term relationships with creators, particularly among Hispanic and Gen Z communities.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand Marketing, Social, PR, Media, and legal teams to ensure cohesive storytelling across channels.

  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, delivering actionable insights and optimizations.

  • Stay ahead of cultural trends, emerging creators, and platform innovations to inform strategy.

  • Collaborate with creator analytics partner, Traackr to monitor and report out VIT and earned media value.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Experience in social or creator, ideally in beauty or with brands that move at the speed of culture

  • Deep understanding of social and influencer that drive both brand consideration and business results

  • Understand today’s unique relationship between paid, owned and earned where moving at the speed of culture can mean hours

  • Maintain the discipline of planning meshed with the flexibility of opportunism to engage effectively with the outside world in a way that is aligned with brand values

  • Proven ability to execute brand strategies that resonate with Gen Z and US Hispanic consumers

  • Excellent storytelling and collaboration skills

  • 2–3 years of experience in influencer, social, or digital marketing (agency or in-house).

  • Strong understanding of influencer landscape, particularly in beauty and lifestyle.

  • Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

  • Passion for beauty, culture, and consumer-first marketing.

  • Strong communication and analytical skills to effectively convey creative concepts and strategies to cross functional partners

  • Passion for innovation and a keen eye for emerging trends in beauty and marketing

  • Spanish language proficiency

What’s in it for you

Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:

$110,500.00 - $156,000.00

This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
