Job Description:

We are seeking remote Inbound-Outbound Appointment Setter Role to join our team in Philippines.

 

Agents are tasked with receiving outbound and inbound warm calls related to whichever campaign they are assigned to, and will be measured based off of the amount of transfers they are able to generate per call taken.

 

Their job is to qualify the leads that are dialed for them by using active listening techniques, proper tone, scripts, and salesmanship, all while adhering to compliance and policy. They will have access to a script, a rebuttal script, unlimited training (in either English or Tagalog) from an expert in the field, and incentives for good performance. They can also request recordings from past trainings, or their own training.

 

Agents normally take anywhere from 400-600 calls a day, about half of which are sellable. A call can range anywhere from 5 seconds to about 5 minutes, depending on how the call evolves. They will also have 3 breaks throughout the day, and may make real time requests for additional breaks for reasons such as burn out, mental illness, or emergencies.

They will have a lengthy introductory training that covers all tasks, responsibilities, and tricks needed to know.

Pay Rate: $4 USD/hour pay-to-candidate rate, plus commission based on the Philippines.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a transfers per hour of at least 1.5 (ideally 2+).
  • Maintain a success percentage of at least 4% (ideally 5%+)
  • Maintain a billable percentage of at least 45% + (ideally 50%+).
  • Memorize scripts and rebuttals.
  • Learn the dialer they are operating calls from.
  • Reach out for help or support when needed.
  • Take 400+ calls every day (most of which are very short in length).
  • Display confidence, consistency, charisma, and compliance at all times.
  • Learn a base knowledge on the product they are providing/representing.
  • Work 7 hours out of an 8 hour day (some may be eligible for longer shifts if they choose).

An ideal candidate will:

  • Have exemplary English speaking capabilities.
  • Be willing to evolve their styles based off of trainings.
  • Stay consistent throughout the day.
  • Have little to no social anxiety (or the ability to hide it very well if they do).
  • The ability to work 7 hours out of an 8 hour day.

 

Experience at a high level is a bonus, but not always a necessity if a candidate matches all of the other traits.

$4 USD/hour pay-to-candidate rate, plus commission based on the Philippines.
