About this Role

The Implementation Specialist will support program launches for clients, and their business constituents, focused on our access solutions including DTC cash discounts. The ideal candidate for this role is an analytical problem solver with a strong work ethic who can work both independently and collaboratively. have a skillset that is a balanced mix of project management, business analyst and implementation consultant roles.

The role is a part of the Client Success Team and will support the Manufacturer Solutions commercial operations team, focused on rapidly organizing, building and deploying access solutions our clients have contracted for. Projects will require close teamwork with Account Managers, Product Leads, Engineering and Sales and other various cross functional colleagues for both existing, well-established offerings as well as custom, creative solutions.  This position will require occasional travel.

Responsibilities:  

  • Using your baseline understanding of access solutions, develop a thorough understanding of GoodRx programs, becoming the subject matter expert on possibilities within our platform

  • Lead our access solution execution, with a focus on our POS cash discount offering

  • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts such as Business Intelligence, Product Management, Engineering, and Privacy/Legal to deliver tailored solutions to customers

  • Create visual examples of programs using our enterprise CMS tool and Figma

  • Effectively report out on project statuses and communicate capacity to management

  • Balance innovation with delivery when custom access solutions are being developed with a client

  • Support programs and launches from kick-off to go live to shorten launch dates that directly impact the company revenue

  • Partner with the Account Management team post-program launch, as needed, to reinforce program KPIs and to provide insights to help clients achieve business goals

  • Support all program implementations in a systematic way, tracing out how changes to one part of a plan or solution will have ripple effects in other areas.

  • Assist with ad hoc request and additional assignments as needed

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of professional experience in a Project Management, Design, or Implementation role for Patient Affordability or Patient Support Programs, and a college degree.

  • Understanding of pharmacy claim adjudication and API deployment is strongly preferred

  • Pharma industry experience preferred

  • Development of strong relationships with our copay partners 

  • Proficient with Salesforce, MS Office, GSuite, and project management software

  • The willingness and ability to learn new platforms quickly

  • An agile team player with a positive attitude who flourishes in a high-growth and external-facing environment 

  • Track record of juggling multiple projects at a time while maintaining strong attention to detail

The pay ranges below are shown as a guideline, and the successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, and other relevant business and organizational factors. San Francisco and Seattle Offices:

$96,000.00 - $154,000.00

New York Office:

$88,000.00 - $141,000.00

Santa Monica Office:

$80,000.00 - $128,000.00

Other Office Locations:

$72,000.00 - $115,000.00
