Location: This role requires associates to be in-office 3 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace.

The Implementation Innovation Director is responsible for building, managing, gaining internal buy-in, advancing and piloting a portfolio of possible innovative solutions that will support the business growth opportunities and strategic vision.
How you will make an impact:
- Develop relationships with the business units to identify opportunities for innovation by understanding problems, needs, and ideas from the business, the customers, and the members and effectively formulates innovative solutions.
- Build a pipeline of ideas, manage the pipeline, and prioritize the pipeline through criteria that ensures alignment to the strategic pillars and desired focus areas.
- Explore vendors and technologies in the market that could provide a solution or component of a solution, and make build, buy, partner recommendations.
- Establishes a variety of metrics (clinical effectiveness, adoption, financial, etc.) designed to track the effectiveness of start-up solutions and emerging technologies and solutions at meeting organizational targets.
- Shepherd innovation initiatives by assuming a program leadership role as part of the multi-disciplinary team.
- Track and report on ideas in the pipeline and on pilots that are in development and getting launched.
- Develop and implement process improvement strategies.
- Lead the planning phase to ensure successful execution of implementation initiatives.
Minimum Requirements:
Requires an BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field of study and a minimum of 15 years experience in information technology, healthcare, consulting, and/or consumer technologies; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:
- Ability to align innovation initiatives with organizational strategy and long-term goals preferred.
- Proven track record of developing productive relationships across diverse business units and stakeholder groups preferred.
- Expertise in evaluating technologies, processes and solutions to make informed recommendations preferred.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects from ideation to implementation preferred.
- Strong ability to articulate ideas, progress and results to executive leadership and broader audiences preferred.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing process improvement strategies preferred.
For candidates working in person or virtually in the below location(s), the salary* range for this specific position is $159,896 to $239,844.
