Job Summary

As an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Project Manager, you will manage a project to help our client transition from on prem to a Saas-based solution.

Job Description

We are looking for an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Project Manager to manage and implement projects to ensure that all prescribed activities are carried out in accordance with specified organizational objectives. The project involves transitioning the current end of life on-premises Identity and Access Management system to a Saas-based solution. This migration aims to update our infrastructure, ensuring alignment with current technology standards and reducing the risks associated with end-of-life software. This position will be contract and hybrid (3 days onsite) in Trenton, NJ.

What You'll Do

  • Manage projects to ensure that implementation and prescribed activities are carried out in accordance with specified objectives

  • Plan and develop methods and procedures for implementing projects

  • Direct and coordinate project activities to ensure project goals are achieved

  • Exercises control over personnel responsible for specific functions or phases of projects

What You'll Need

Required:

  • Minimum 6 years' Project Management experience

  • Minimum 6 years' proven experience in managing complex IT projects, including planning, executing, and closing projects. Familiarity with project management methodologies

  • Minimum 3 years' experience with Access Management Solutions

  • Minimum 3 years' experience with access management technologies; understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles

  • Minimum 6 years' Application Migration & Integration experience

  • Minimum 6 years' experience migrating and integrating applications with access management solutions, including knowledge of APIs and middleware technologies

  • Minimum 4 years' experience in Stakeholder Management; engaging and managing stakeholders at various levels of the organization, ensuring clear communication and alignment of project goals

  • Minimum 3 years' technical understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, databases, and software development processes

  • Minimum 2 years' Vendor Management experience

  • Minimum 2 years' experience working with third-party vendors, service level agreements (SLAs), and deliverables

Preferred:

  • Experience with ForgeRock and/or Ping Identity

Physical Demands

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards

  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard and monitor

The pay range for this position is listed above. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit packages include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access.
