** This is a hybrid position with 3 days in office and 2 days working remotely **
The Human Resource Assistant is responsible for the daily administrative and HR duties of the department. They assist with a wide range of support activities inside the HR department, from onboarding to record maintenance.
They act as a liaison between HR and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and questions. They may also be asked to assist in creating policies, processes, and documents.

- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Provide clerical and administrative support to HR executives
- Creates requisitions in ADP Applicant Tracking System
- Creates and sends job offers to candidates for the Call Center
- Processes all pre- and post-hire paperwork (I9 verification, backgrounds checks, drug testing) for the Call Center
- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies) which includes file and file maintenance
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc.) and/or assist with special projects with the HR team
- Assist with answering emails from the HR in box with employee questions in regards to benefits, payroll, Company policies, etc.
- Ship mail out per department/management request
- Order & stock office supplies for all departments
- Put together “New Hire Welcome Packages”
- Process verifications of employment
- Issue maintenance tickets for facility and equipment maintenance
- Complete weekly and monthly invoice coding for Accounts Payable

Required education and experience
2-year degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
2-4 years’ experience in administrative or Human Resources
