Destsetters, one of the most innovative tourism marketing agencies, is seeking a creative and strategic to join our team. This pivotal role emphasizes the importance of research, storytelling, operational innovation, and guest experience design in developing new hotel concepts that resonate with target audiences.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitive offerings, and consumer preferences that inform the development of new hotel concepts.
- Narrative Development: Craft compelling narratives that convey the unique story and vision of each hotel concept, ensuring alignment with target market expectations and brand identity.
- Operational Ideas: Generate innovative operational strategies that enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction, addressing all aspects of hotel management and service delivery.
- Experience Design: Design holistic guest experiences that integrate the narrative and operational elements, ensuring a seamless and memorable stay for visitors.
- Client Collaboration: Collaborate closely with clients to refine concepts, ensuring they meet both market demands and individual client visions.
- B2B Presentations: Develop and deliver professional presentations that effectively communicate the vision, narrative, and operational strategies of new hotel concepts to potential investors and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Business, Design, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in hotel concept development, branding, or related fields, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects.
- Excellent storytelling and creative writing skills, with the ability to craft engaging narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical skills to conduct market research and derive actionable insights.
- Proficiency in visual communication tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite for creating compelling presentations and mood boards.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, particularly in B2B settings.
