We’re looking for a passionate and organized HCBS Coordinator to support our mission of providing high-quality services to individuals with developmental disabilities. What You'll Do
- Provide daily administrative and operational support to the DD Area Manager/Supervisor
- Ensure smooth payroll and billing processes for Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)
- Maintain DSP compliance documentation and certification records
- Attend and support planning meetings with members and families
- Build strong relationships with DSPs, members, guardians, and internal staff
- Travel locally throughout the Valley for meetings, home visits, and inspections
- Help ensure services remain compliant, accurate, and responsive
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- 1+ year experience in admin support, behavioral health, social work, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Data entry and time management capabilities
- Reliable vehicle and ability to travel throughout the Valley
- Must be 18+, pass a background check, and obtain a DPS fingerprint card
