Job Description

One of Insight Global's educational service clients is looking for a remote L2 help desk analyst to join their team! This person will provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 level support for 1,000+ external and internal staff using their FreshDesk ticketing system. Some day-to-day responsibilities include password resets, printer troubleshooting, MS Office issues, system upgrades, etc. While this person will be working fully remote, they are fully expected to be a self-starter with a suitable working space and internet connection to handle all incoming requests throughout the day.

Required Skills & Experience

- 4+ years of IT help desk experience (L2 desired)
- Experience supporting off-site users through a remote desktop support tool (TeamViewer, VNC, LanDesk, etc.)
- Experience using a ticketing system (FreshDesk, ServiceNow, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills - must be able to understand customer needs and explain resolutions in a simple manner
- Located in CT/PST

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- BS/BA in a technical field
