About the Role

We're looking for a strategic, systems-driven Revenue Operations professional to own and optimize our sales infrastructure. This role sits at the intersection of GTM strategy, process design, tooling, and enablement — with direct impact on pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, sales productivity, and revenue growth.

You'll serve as a thought partner to Sales and Executive Leadership, ensuring our systems and workflows scale with the business. You’re not just reporting the numbers — you're making them better.

Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related GTM Ops role at a high-growth SaaS company.

  • Deep familiarity with HubSpot or Salesforce, plus tools like Salesloft, Gong, and BI dashboards.

  • Proven ability to build sales processes, maintain CRM hygiene, and implement automation workflows.

  • Strong analytical and modeling skills — you know how to turn raw data into actionable insight.

  • Experience partnering directly with Sales Leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Bias toward systems thinking, process documentation, and continuous improvement.

  • Bonus: Experience deploying AI tools in sales orgs or building lead scoring/prioritization logic.

What You’ll Do

CRM Ownership & Sales Process Integrity

  • Design and maintain our sales pipeline architecture in HubSpot or Salesforce.

  • Ensure CRM reflects real-world sales processes — including stage criteria, SLAs, and field requirements.

  • Manage lead routing rules by segment, territory, and rep capacity. Triage issues in real time.

  • Enforce pipeline hygiene through regular audits, data cleanup, and dropoff analysis.

  • Ensure accurate attribution of leads/opportunities and deliver insights to Marketing.

Performance Reporting & Forecasting

  • Deliver weekly funnel reporting across SDR and AE stages, segmented by rep, channel, and segment.

  • Build and reconcile top-down and bottom-up forecasts. Flag risks early.

  • Create dashboards for reps to self-monitor pacing, pipeline coverage, and quota attainment.

Sales Enablement & Productivity

  • Build onboarding programs and ramp scorecards with Sales Leadership. Optimize ramp time.

  • Lead regular training sessions on sales tools; audit usage and drive adoption.

  • Analyze call data and performance to improve talk tracks, sequences, and messaging.

AI & Automation

  • Deploy AI tools for call summaries, follow-ups, and objection handling.

  • Build scoring models for inbound/outbound lead prioritization.

  • Push real-time insights into sales workflows to drive smarter execution.

Strategic Support & Triage

  • Support comp modeling and capacity planning with Executive Leadership.

  • Analyze GTM performance across channels, products, and rep behavior.

  • Identify pipeline friction points and propose operational solutions.

  • Act as a strategic partner to the CRO — surfacing enablement gaps, coaching needs, and underperformance signals.

  • Capture rep pain points and prioritize improvements in the RevOps roadmap.

Key Deliverables You’ll Own

  • Weekly pipeline health reports and forecast models.

  • Sales playbooks, SLAs, and workflow documentation.

  • Outbound scoring logic and targeting rules.

  • Enablement scorecards and tool adoption tracking.

  • Outbound sequence performance audits.

  • Activity and conversion dashboards.
