This is a senior, high-impact role where procurement strategy, supplier partnerships, and programme delivery come together.

What you’ll do in this role
- Own and deliver Unum’s end-to-end procurement strategy.
- Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing procurement team.
- Build and manage strategic supplier partnerships in a regulated aerospace environment.
- Drive cost, quality, delivery, risk, and compliance performance.
- Lead procurement input to new product introduction, programmes, and cross-functional projects, ensuring milestones are met.
- Support business growth, customer commitments, and operational excellence.
Requirements
What we’re looking for
- Senior procurement leadership experience in regulated manufacturing.
- Strong commercial, negotiation, and supplier management capability.
- Deep understanding of quality, compliance, and traceability requirements.
- Experience supporting complex programmes or project-based delivery.
- Aerospace or complex engineered product experience strongly preferred.
