Description
POSITION SUMMARY
The Growth Specialist is a key revenue operations partner supporting our growth efforts across the organization. This role reports to the Sr. Manager, Proposals and is directly aligned with a designated Senior Vice President in one of our sales regions. The Growth Specialist is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of sales opportunities, ensuring timely intake, internal alignment, accurate proposal delivery, and effective pipeline management.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Serve as the first point of contact for incoming sales opportunities aligned to a specific Senior Vice President.
- Track and manage opportunity status through the CRM and other internal systems.
- Ensure all intake forms and documentation are complete and aligned with internal requirements.
- Partner with internal teams (Pricing, Proposal Development, Network Analytics, and others) to gather inputs and timelines.
- Project manage deliverables to ensure accurate and timely completion of proposal packages.
- Coordinate the packaging and formatting of proposals and related collateral for client delivery.
- Maintain clean and up-to-date pipeline records in CRM, including stage tracking, notes, and follow-up tasks.
- Identify stale or stalled opportunities and assist in reactivation strategies.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the aligned Senior Vice President.
- Prepare client-ready materials for finalist meetings and RFP responses.
- Coordinate internal meeting scheduling, documentation, and follow-ups related to growth opportunities.
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- 2+ years of experience in sales support, project coordination, or client services, healthcare, or insurance industry preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Collaborative mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
