Do you have a strong interest in the ever-evolving domain of Information Security
Join our Information Security team and start building your cybersecurity career! In this hands-on role, you'll be supporting the protection of our hybrid IT infrastructure (cloud and on-premises), assist in monitoring security controls, manage vulnerabilities, and contribute to compliance initiatives aligned with ISO standards.
As a Group Junior Information System Analyst, some of your main accountabilities will be:
- Support the implementation and monitor security controls across cloud and on-prem environments.
- Assist in identifying and mitigating misconfigurations or deviations from internal security baselines.
- Contribute to the overall vulnerability management process and track remediation progress.
- Monitor Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) alerts and support incident investigations.
- Support SIEM log analysis, contribute to improving alert quality and tune detection rules.
- Contribute to internal audits by participating in routine control reviews.
- Support maintenance of compliance documentation.
- Participate in compliance awareness initiatives such as internal communications, policy updates and basic training materials.
- Stay engaged in continuous learning and certification goals.
Requirements
Required Qualifications & Technical Knowledge:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in cybersecurity or IT security roles.
- Basic knowledge of hybrid IT environments (cloud and on-premises) and related security principles.
- Fundamental understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, routing, switching, firewalls).
- Familiarity with internet, web, application and network security fundamentals.
- Exposure to vulnerability scanning concepts and willingness to learn result interpretation.
- Interest in learning to support security infrastructure operations (e.g. firewalls, endpoint protection).
- Basic understanding of the role of security logging and event monitoring in threat detection.
- Insight into threat detection and incident response.
- Awareness of controls and frameworks best practices.
- Scripting is a plus.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and non-technical stakeholders.
- Prioritizing, planning and organizing skills, focusing on details.
- Self-driven to learn and develop skills
