Job Description:

Simbian is on a mission to make cybersecurity autonomous, with a new category of products -- AI-powered Agents that are like virtual teammates helping businesses with their security.

We are hiring a Creative Media Specialist. This role spans Graphics, Motion Graphics, and Video. In this role you will create visually compelling content for Simbian's marketing, website, and product. Your creativity will play a pivotal role in engaging users, conveying messages clearly, and making our users' experiences delightful and intuitive.

Responsibilities

• Create graphics assets, such as banners, infographics, background images for Simbian's website, marketing, and product.
• Create motion graphics for marketing.
• Create high quality videos from raw recordings for product demos and educational videos.
• Assist UX designers, engineers, and product team in creating product mockups.
• Be the champion of consistent look and feel across all of Simbian's digital footprint.
• Continuously evolve our visuals based on user feedback and engagement metrics.

Requirements

Experience:

• 4+ years of experience with graphics designer, motion graphics, video editing.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of graphics design and video editing projects.
• Experience working on a B2B product, and translating a message or call to action into visuals.
• Experience optimizing visuals for each channel - desktop website, mobile website, LinkedIn, X.
• Bachelors or higher degree in Graphics Design (or equivalent experience) is preferred.

Skills:

• Proficient in Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign, Premiere Pro), Microsoft 365.
• Ability to create fine art from scratch, as well as to incorporate stock images, videos, sound tracks.
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Attitude of ownership - strong work ethic, do what it takes to complete at high quality, and proactive in asking/communicating as needed.
• Detail-oriented, obsessed with crafting perfect and consistent visuals.
• Willingness to work from home. Willingness to work early mornings / late evenings with teammates in the US.
