About the Role

Title: Graphic Designer (Hybrid)

Location: Farnborough England GB

Workplace: Hybrid remote

Job Description:

We are looking for Graphic Designer within our Creative team to create amazing and impactful marketing assets, across both nDreams' own title campaigns and those of our sister publisher Megabit.

 

The rundown:

  • 6 month fixed term contract
  • Full time (37.5 hours per week)
  • Hybrid
  • Salary is competitive and dependent on experience

 

This is a visual design role with a focus on marketing assets for our upcoming titles, utilising, and expanding upon brand guidelines and key creative. This will include:

  • Social Media artworks for campaigns.
  • Store marketing assets across multiple platforms (Meta, Playstation, etc)
  • Designing and versioning marketing assets for titles.
  • Assisting in creating and maintaining brand design kits.
  • On-screen graphics for video content such as trailers and dev diaries.
  • Pitch, presentation and guideline documents.
  • Internal and corporate design work such as presentations, merchandise, business cards, or comms.

Requirements

Very good software skills in:

  • Photoshop
  • Illustrator
  • PowerPoint

Design skills in the following:

  • Strong at typography
  • Great composition skill in reformatting art and typography for various aspect ratios.
  • Excellent at crafting presentation decks.
  • Very good organisational and housekeeping skills.
  • Clean and tidy design files.
  • Good habits when it comes to backing-up and storage of files.

Your experience:

  • 2+ years' experience within a graphic design-related role at a video game developer/publisher or entertainment company.
  • Your portfolio should demonstrate:
  • Experience developing marketing assets for gaming or entertainment brands across a range of media and styles.
  • Working to a brief, with a focus on audience and efficiently communicating compelling messaging.
  • A proven understanding of graphic design principles, including excellent layout and typographic skills
  • Good creative artworking skills, experience working with in-game assets is desirable.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and high-quality final delivery.
  • An individual who is:
  • Highly collaborative, comfortable iterating through feedback from both commercial and creative stakeholders.
  • Efficient working to deadlines, managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • An effective and personable communicator across different disciplines and seniorities
  • Knowledgeable and passionate about video games and the video game industry.
