We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Team as we help grow Businessolver’s brand awareness, equity and preference. 

As a Graphic Designer, you provide creative support to the company as needed, as part of the core marketing and corporate communications team. You ensure all files are accurate, proofread and delivered on time to project owners. You are fluent in Adobe products (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat) as well as Microsoft Office programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). 

From day 1, you will be tasked with designing e-books, white papers, digital display advertising, collateral and so much more. We require a self-starter that brings new ideas to the table on how we can drive our brand online and best execute on our deliverables, while tackling the day-to-day of getting things done in a fast-paced environment. The Gig: 

  • Designs creative concepts and coordinates all aspects of production (i.e. direct mail, brochures, marketing materials, event invitations, print ads, flyers.) 
  • Manages ongoing projects, such as eNewsletters, business cards, and event promotion. 
  • Work with content writers to create branded knowledge leadership pieces including e-books, white papers, infographics, and videos. 
  • Assist in the Ideation and execution of digital ads, internal brand elements, support materials, social media posts, all kinds of gated content, and more! We are busy! 
  • Work with external parties to execute on projects. Including print, direct mail, give aways, and more. 
  • Tracks individual projects from the inception/design stage to final distribution. 
  • Responsible for ensuring the integrity of Businessolver’s brand identity. 
  • Collaborates on the overall marketing strategy, creative strategy and messaging. Works daily with marketing team to complete campaign tasks as needed. 
  • Maintains files of all materials and electronic documents in active folders and archives. 
  • Manages and tracks all work in our project management system. 

What you need to make the cut: 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or related field
  • At least 5 years’ experience of professional graphic design experience working with print, web, and digital media 
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite 
  • Microsoft PowerPoint Expert 
  • Attention to detail and professionalism 
  • Ability to multitask well, meeting multiple project deadlines daily 
  • Strong collaboration and project management skills – an ability to work effectively with different people within an organization (technical, salespeople, executives) 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with exceptional interpersonal skills 
  • A compelling portfolio must be submitted for consideration 

The pay range for this position is 42K to 67k per year (pay to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data).
