Job Description:

Work Arrangement: This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to Mountain View, CA, Detroit, MI or Washington D.C. three times per week, at minimum.
The Role:
The Grant Coordinator is responsible for supporting a defined portfolio of philanthropic investments and related measurement efforts. Operates as a central resource for portfolio managers and the Measurement & Impact Lead, ensuring smooth grant processing, accurate data management, and timely insights that guide strategic decision-making.
What You'll Do:
- Support portfolio managers in the execution of philanthropic investments in STEAM, Road Safety, and Place-Based initiatives.
- Process grants, track timelines, and monitor compliance to ensure smooth execution and reporting.
- Manage and maintain accurate records in grant management systems.
- Run and compile reports for the Measurement & Impact Lead, helping translate data into actionable insights.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and updates for leadership and cross-functional partners.
- Coordinate with internal partners (e.g., Finance, Legal, Communications) to support grant processing and portfolio needs.
- Respond to inquiries from grantees and stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in the preparation of materials for events, activations, and sponsorships as needed.
Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications):
- 3+ years in program coordination, grants administration, data management, or related work.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in data tools, spreadsheets, and reporting systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Familiarity with philanthropy, CSR, or community engagement is a plus, but not required.

- Ability to craft and present compelling narratives.
Compensation:
- The salary range for this role is $72,700 – $111,400. The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
