An employer for a large insurance company is looking for a REMOTE Fullstack Developer to join a team of 5+ members. This person will be supporting an internal system/portal built for IT teams and business overall. This person will be supporting both front and back end development, maintenance, and new enhancements, etc. There is lots of work to do on the portal (IT Team built it from scratch) & they need help with deployments, maintenance (Jenkins, deployments), and setting up a release process.

50% back end development (Node) & 50% front end development (React/HTML/CSS/Javascript).

**Role is 100% REMOTE - but candidate needs to be local to Silicon Valley, CA area - required to come on site 1x a month**

Skills and Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from an accredited college (Computer Science/Engineering Degree - equivalent or technical field)

2-5+ years of experience as a Fullstack Engineer (web development)

2-5+ years of experience with Node.js (back end)

2-5+ years of experience with React (Front end)

Experience with HTML, CSS, Javascript (front end)

Database Development

DevOps Experience - deployments, software engineering

Experience with Jenkins

High Tech Company Experience (Silicon Valley or Start Up Company) MBA

Ready API experience null
