Job Summary:
This role concentrates on uncovering, analyzing, and reporting fraud within ecosystem, utilizing a mix of traditional and modern investigative techniques to enhance fraud detection capabilities. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with data analytics and engineering teams to refine machine learning models, improving the efficiency of fraud prevention measures. Participation in synthesizing data across platforms to produce comprehensive investigative reports and developing strategies for fraud detection and mitigation are core aspects of this position.
Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate and report fraud/abuse activity, synthesizing data into actionable intelligence.
• Enhance machine learning models with identified fraud signals for process improvement.
• Produce comprehensive investigative reports for stakeholder review.
• Collaborate with analytics and engineering teams to scale fraud detection efforts.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of fraud detection protocols and strategies.

Must Have Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Industry Experience Required:

• Experience in Fraud Operations or Investigations essential, preferably within an e-commerce or digital transactions environment. Knowledge of signal and pattern identification for fraud detection and risk assessment adjustments is vital.

Education: Bachelor's Degree or higher with 4 years relevant work experience in Fraud Detection, Analytics, or a related field, or High School Diploma with 6 years of relevant experience.
