Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Financial Administrator to join one of our clients in the utility construction industry. They are one of the largest utility repair and storm response companies in the southeast. They will be assisting the HR Manager and supporting the entire finance/accounting team. They will handle responsibilities including ap/ar, invoice processing, expense reports, schedule coordinator, compliance details, etc.This role will be fully remote and will have a normal 8-5 shift. They need to be a team player and responsible/available during their shifts since it's a fully remote role. The salary range is between $45,000-$65,000 depending on experience.

Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of experience as a financial administrator or similar role (AP/AR, Bookkeeper, Office Coordinator, etc.)
- Knowledge of AP/AR systems and processes
- Experience with invoicing, expense reports, and data entry
- Mid-level Excel knowledge
- Experience with schedule and calendar coordination
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience with union payroll
- Compliance and audit knowledge
