We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Field Support Representative to join our team in Sydney. In this role, you will establish and maintain strong customer relationships through the installation, education, and technical support of IDEXX products. You will play a key role in driving customer satisfaction and loyalty, promoting our products and services, and supporting the growth of our Veterinary clinic customers'. Do you have plenty of experience within a veterinary clinic and have been named the 'troubleshooter' when it comes to diagnostic equipment? You may be just the right person we need here at IDEXX.

You, as the successful candidate, will have:

  • A qualification in Veterinary Nursing or another Science discipline

  • A certificate IV in Training & Assessment or equivalent highly regarded.

  • 3+ years' experience in a scientific field, including sales or veterinary nursing.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.

  • Ability to provide technical support to end users and troubleshoot technical issues, including hardware and software problems.

  • Ability to conduct training and share knowledge and be able to adjust training techniques for varied audiences

  • Good problem-solving and research skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal departments.

  • Knowledge of diseases and veterinary medicine, and/or an understanding of a veterinary clinic workflow

  • Account management or territory planning experience is beneficial.

  • Requires up to 85% travel within assigned territory, with occasional travel outside of territory.
