Job Description:

Adecco is currently assisting McKesson in their search for a Field Reimbursement Manager in California (Remote). This is a premier opportunity to join a leading healthcare organization and provide expert guidance to healthcare providers on reimbursement processes and patient access. You’ll enjoy the stability of a national company while working remotely and traveling across your territory.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct on-site and virtual education sessions with provider offices to address reimbursement challenges and support services

  • Deliver training on benefit investigation, prior authorization, Medicare/commercial coverage, and patient support programs

  • Support billing, coding, case management, medical benefit interpretation, and claims/appeals assistance

  • Track activities and interactions in CRM, manage territory outreach, monitor program performance, and report key trends

Requirements:

  • 4-year degree or equivalent experience required

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in healthcare reimbursement

  • Strong knowledge of Buy & Bill, Specialty Pharmacy, Medicare, and commercial insurance

  • Experience with Hubs and/or CoverMyMeds portal strongly preferred

  • Excellent communication, CRM tracking, and presentation skills

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record will be run)

  • Ability to travel 80% via car or plane

  • No time off allowed between August and November

This role is being recruited by our Centralized Delivery Team and not your local branch.



Pay Details: $55.29 to $60.10 per hour
